The ring has positively surprised me. I've been using it for a few days and it's great. It comes with a silicone cover to protect it during exercise and weightlifting, so it doesn't get scratched. The measurements depend on you wearing it correctly, and while it won't be like a professional heart rate monitor, the HR and SpO2 measurements are quite accurate. And then there's the screen functionality, which can even be seen in sunlight if you adjust the brightness to 5 in the app
So far so good. The set up and app well done. Wasn’t expecting much but exceeds expectations.
